About Mushin Solutions
Hi, I’m Jerome. By day, I work as a data scientist and backend MLOps engineer. Mushin Solutions started as a hobby project — a way to combine my love of travel with the kind of work I naturally enjoy: organizing data, building systems, and using technology to make information more meaningful.
The idea took shape after I drove Iceland’s Ring Road and realized that even great photos can feel disconnected without context. I built a dashboard from geotagged photos to map the route, label each stop, and place every image where it belonged, so the journey could be experienced as a whole rather than as a scattered album.
Today, that same approach powers Mushin Solutions. I build custom travel dashboards that turn trip data into a clear, interactive story — designed for sharing, revisiting, and reliving on any device.
FAQ
Do my photos need GPS data?
Yes. Location Services must have been on when photos were taken. Most smartphones enable this by default.
How many photos do I need?
At least 10 geotagged photos recommended. Choose by photos, stops, and revisions: Essential 100 / 20 / 1, Signature 300 / 50 / 2 (Most Popular), Legacy 700 / 100 / 2 with a faster queue.
How do I create a zip folder of my photos?

Can I share the dashboard?
Yes. The URL is unlisted (not publicly searchable). Anyone you send the link to can view it unless you add a passcode.
How long is the dashboard available?
One year is included. You can add four or nine extra years at checkout later, or renew annually. Export or renew before the term ends — we do not say “keep forever.”
Can I request changes after delivery?
Send one consolidated revision list within 7 days of the first draft. Essential includes one round; Signature and Legacy include two. Extra rounds are +$25.
Is this a physical product?
No. This is a made-to-order digital product. Nothing ships. Delivery is a hosted dashboard plus an access PDF through Etsy.
Do you sell trip planning or a consultation call?
Not on Etsy. Dashboard listings are photo maps only. See Travel Planning — email jerome@mushinsolutions.com with dates and constraints. We quote before work starts.
