CUSTOM TRIP NARRATIVE + WEEK ITINERARY

We based the week at COEX, the HIMSS24 APAC convention center in Seoul --
every shuttle assembled there and every hospital bus returned there.

Week itinerary (one place -- no phase table):
Tue 1 Oct -- Pre-conference hospital visits. Morning session 9:30-12:00,
back at COEX 12:00-14:00, afternoon session 14:30-17:00, then back at COEX.
Wed 2 Oct -- Thu 3 Oct -- Main conference 10:00-18:00 at COEX, with the
exhibition and K-HOSPITAL+HEALTHTECH Fair on the same floor.
Fri 4 Oct -- Hospital tours again. Morning 9:30-12:00, midday back at COEX,
afternoon 14:30-17:00, last return to COEX after 17:00.

The secretariat assigned one shuttle per hospital. Departure times came
separately. The printed schedule could change. This program was for
overseas healthcare providers; registration had already closed when we
arrived.

We came for digital innovation in real hospitals -- Stage 7 smart-hospital
work, cloud HIS, robots, Data HIVE, medical XR, heavy-ion therapy -- and
we always started and ended the day at the convention center.
