Deletion request

You can ask us to unpublish a dashboard, delete the source zip, or both. Taking a page down does not automatically refund the Etsy order.

How to request

Email jerome@mushinsolutions.com or message the Etsy shop. Include:

• Etsy order number
• Dashboard URL if you have it
• Whether you want the public page removed, the source files deleted, or both

We will confirm on the same channel. Typical turnaround is a few business days. Backups may persist for a short operational window after the live page is removed.

After the hosting term

If you do not renew or export, we may unpublish the dashboard when the purchased term ends and later delete unused source files. You do not need to file this form for that routine expiry.
