Acceptable uploads

Upload one .zip of geotagged travel photos you have the right to use. See the upload guide and zipping guide.

Allowed

• Your own trip photos (iPhone HEIC or JPEG)
• Photos you have permission to share
• Optional notes that place photos without GPS on a named stop

Not allowed

• Photos you do not have rights to
• Illegal content, sexual content involving minors, or anyone’s intimate images without consent
• Malware, password dumps, or files that are not trip media
• Uploads that far exceed the photo and stop limits of the package you bought

Technical limits

Packages are scoped by selected photos and mapped stops (Essential 100 / 20, Signature 300 / 50, Legacy 700 / 100). Very large zips may be rejected even when the photo count is in range. We may ask you to send a smaller set if the archive cannot be processed safely.

If a file is rejected

We will message you on Etsy. Do not send replacement files as Etsy attachments — use the upload form or the link we send.
